Terms of Service

The service

Toedly turns the school and activity email you forward to your family's private Toedly address into a shared family schedule. Toedly is currently an invite-only beta, provided as-is, without warranty of any kind.

Your responsibilities

You must own the email account you forward from and have the right to share the content you send to Toedly. You agree not to abuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or resell access to it. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Your data

Your family's data is yours. We will delete your family and all of its data on request — email support@ournook.io. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Beta service

Toedly is a beta service. Features may change, and the service may be modified or discontinued. If we discontinue Toedly, we will give reasonable notice so you can export what you need.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
